Eagerly working towards the prohibition of nuclear weapons, IPB is a host for the secretariat of the international global network Abolition 2000 since October of 2017. The common objective is to create a safer world for the future generations by achieving the complete elimination of nuclear weapons.
Thanks to this network over 2000 organizations in more than 90 countries world wide are striving for a global treaty to eliminate nuclear weapons. Abolition 2000 provides a forum for the exchange of information and development of joint initiatives and campaigns.
