The Muste Foundation provides grants, sponsorships, and educational resources to hundreds of grassroots projects around the world. We fund innovative organizing, often with seed funds that give a necessary boost to bold ideas. We also provide affordable and collaborative space to a dozen or so groups in New York City.

World Court Project UK
LCNP, in conjunction with the International Association of Lawyers Against nuclear Arms (IALANA), the International Peace Bureau (IPB) and the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW) led the World Court Project, a world-wide campaign that resulted in an historic opinion from the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in July 1996. The ICJ ruled that the threat or use of nuclear weapons is generally illegal, and that states have an obligation to conclude negotiations on their elimination.
Uniting for Peace
The Peace Party – Non-violence, Justice, Environment
The Peace Party gives people the opportunity to express their support through the ballot box for a radically new world based on the principle of compassion where all others are treated as we would wish to be treated ourselves. Compassion requires each one of us, each group of us, to work tirelessly to alleviate the suffering of others and to treat everybody with love, justice, equity and respect.
The Peace Party envisages the creation of a society where peaceful conflict resolution, social and economic justice and environmental issues are paramount.
The concept of true peace is life-enhancing and rests with everyone cultivating peace and harmony between themselves and between people and their environment.
Peace has the qualities of vitality and power, heroism and fearlessness; peace is protective, nourishing and irresistible. Peace begins with each one of us.
Peace enables the full development of humanity guided by the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”.
