This important gathering will be held in three parts:
October 23: Peace Conference organized by Centre Delàs d’Estudis per la Pau, in collaboration with the International Peace Bureau (IPB). Open to everyone.
- Where:Sala Sandaru (Carrer de Buenaventura Muñoz, 21, Sant Martí, 08018 Barcelona)- in person in Barcelona.

- More information: The conference, “Darkest before dawn. Pacifism in times of genocide and rearmament”organized by the Delàs Center for Peace Studies, with the collaboration of the International Peace Bureau, will explore the global rise in militarization and arms racing, with a focus on their impacts on peace and security. It has been two years of televised genocide in Gaza, sustained and facilitated by Western countries, and this case will also be analyzed. The session will feature, among others, the following speakers:

October 24: Workshops and strategy sessions on selected topics.
October 25–26: Triennial Meeting and General Assembly of the IPB
The highest policy-making body of IPB. The Assembly serves as a forum for the exchange of ideas, proposals, and collaboration among IPB members and observers.
The General Assembly is open to IPB Council members, representatives of IPB member organisations, individual members, and observers.
