We are pleased to invite you to join us for “4 Days for Peace”, taking place in Barcelona, Spain, from October 23 to 26, 2025.
This important gathering will be held in three parts:
- October 23: Peace Conference — bringing together civil society actors, scholars, and activists to discuss current peace and disarmament issues. More information to come.
- October 24: Workshops and strategy sessions on selected topics. More information to come.
- October 25–26: Triennial Meeting and General Assembly of the IPB — the highest policy-making body of IPB. The Assembly serves as a forum for the exchange of ideas, proposals, and collaboration among IPB members and observers.
The General Assembly is open to IPB Council members, representatives of IPB member organisations, individual members, and observers.

Please note:
- IPB is unfortunately unable to offer financial support for travel or accommodation.
- We are happy to provide Visa Invitation Letters upon request. You must fill out the corresponding segment in this form.
- We do not have the capacity to appeal in case a visa application is rejected.
